ForexGPT is pleased to announce the launch of free and premium tokens available for premium subscribers, in response to a surge in recent demand for our products and to help meet the needs of premium subscribers.
As of late September 2024, when you access the premium version of the ForexGPT Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application via web or mobile, you have a daily token quota of 28,500 tokens on our Classic plan (5400 free tokens for users still on our legacy Premium plan).
Token usage: Every time you open a new chart or land on a chart URL it triggers ForexGPT’s AI-generated advanced Technical Analysis, Trading Signals, and Sentiment Score, which consumes tokens (roughly 2700 per refresh).
Free tokens expire and reset each day: Whether you use these tokens or not each day, they do not carry over and reset every 24 hours at midnight UTC time (i.e. unused tokens expire, and the balance resets to the daily allotment level).
Tokens control the usage costs from the models used by our LLM provider, OpenAI, and were launched in response to growing demand and a surge in API usage by ForexGPT subscribers.
Daily allotment to premium subscribers: To make it fair for everyone and to help us scale in response to user needs, a daily allotment of free tokens will help cover the minimum needs of most users, whereas those requiring more tokens can purchase premium tokens that do not expire.
What if I need more tokens?
If you find the daily allotment of free tokens is not enough for you, simply purchase premium tokens which do not expire and carry over from day to day.
Premium tokens: For just $20.00, you will have 500,000 premium tokens which should be enough for nearly 170 analyses, based on the current cost of roughly 2700 tokens each (these numbers may be subject to change, the token cost is based on the total prompt tokens plus the total completion tokens for each analysis). If you subscribe to our Classic plan for $10, you receive a free daily token quota which resets each day at midnight UTC, and any unused tokens expire, unlike premium tokens which never expire.

Advanced Usage
Considering that ForexGPT offers 126 assets and 22 time-frames to choose from per asset when running AI-generated analysis, there are lots of opportunities throughout the trading day to analyze. If you were to run one chart for each time frame for every asset, that would be a whopping 2,772 charts, probably more than you need in a single day.

Furthermore, when we look at how many times per day you can run certain analyses, the table below highlights how many times per timeframe. For example, If you run an hourly chart once per hour, that’s 24 charts per day. If you run a 4-minute chart, once every four minutes, that’s 360 times that ForexGPT will analyze that time frame per 24 hour period.
