This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your personal data when you use our services, including our web platform at forex-gpt.ai, and related subdomains (demo.forex-gpt.ai, live4.forex-gpt.ai, live2.forex-gpt.ai, and any other subdomain under forex-gpt.ai) the ForexGPT Pro Terminal mobile application for Android, our MCP (Model Context Protocol) server integrations, and any associated APIs, plugins, or custom GPTs, including on 3rd party websites.

2. Data Collection and Use

Forex-GPT.ai collects only essential information for service provision, including your name and email address during sign-up. This data is used to create and manage your account, communicate with you, and improve our services.

Our third-party service providers include:

  • Stripe – payment processing
  • Auth0 – authentication and login
  • Redis – database
  • Railway – server/ hosting
  • Cloudflare – DNS
  • Google Cloud – infrastructure and oauth login services
  • Google Play – Android app distribution
  • OpenAI – generative Ai models, GPTs, apps, and mcp connectors
  • Anthropic – generative Ai models, mcp connectors
  • OANDA – market data, demo account trading

We do not record or store user queries or responses within our plugin, custom GPTs, MCP server, or mobile application, except for:

  • Chart parameters and timeframes requested from our API providers for chart generation
  • Watchlist preferences and user settings required for app functionality
  • Optional user-provided API credentials (encrypted) for demo trading integrations

3. Mobile Application Data

The ForexGPT Pro Terminal Android application:

  • Does not access device contacts, camera, microphone, or location data
  • Does not collect or transmit personal data beyond account authentication
  • Stores user preferences and watchlists locally and/or in encrypted cloud storage tied to your account
  • If you choose to connect a brokerage demo account, your API credentials are encrypted and stored securely; we do not have access to your brokerage login credentials or funds

4. Third-Party Data Processors

Railway.app, our server hosting entity, does not retain any personal data or Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of users. We ensure our third-party service providers adhere to stringent data protection and privacy standards, with data related to user sessions hosted on Redis in an encrypted format.

5. GDPR and US Privacy Law Compliance

Forex-GPT.ai complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and U.S. privacy laws. Users have rights under GDPR, including data access, rectification, erasure, and the right to object to processing. We conduct regular Data Protection Impact Assessments to ensure compliance. For account deletion requests, you must email us from the same email address associated with the account you want deleted to [email protected] with the subject “Request for Account Deletion.” We will process your request with 24-72 hrs, and will delete all your information from our databases (certain information may be retained by third parties we use, including transactional data, such as purchase history from Stripe, our payment processor).

We implement robust security measures, including encryption and regular security audits, to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of personal data.
