What is Forex-GPT.ai?
Forex-GPT.ai is the website of ForexGPT LLC, the developer of the Forex Rates software suite, which includes a Plugin, custom GPTs, and a Software as a Service (SaaS) web platform that integrates with ChatGPT from OpenAI to provide Forex market analysis. ForexGPT uses generative artificial intelligence to analyze real-time and historical market prices and charts based on pre-defined technical indicators, and the latest exchange rates from forex broker APIs. How do I use the Forex Rates suite?
To use the Forex Rates suite from ForexGPT, choose either the free plugin or free GPT, or upgrade to the premium GPT (Forex Rates – Premium Version).
Forex Rates allows users to request chart analysis through ChatGPT (available to Plus subscribers) using natural language also known as prompts, which are then processesd by the GPT-4 model as a request and its reply provides basic technical analysis and a link to the analyzed chart on our web app (where additional advanced analysis is provided to Premium subscribers).
Do I need a ChatGPT Plus subscription to use ForexGPT?
If you are not a ChatGPT Plus subscriber, you can still use our web app, but will not be able to execute your own prompts.
However, even without a ChatGPT Plus subscription, you can can still choose from our list of available assets and time-frames to analyze, in the Forex Rates – Free Version.
For comparison, in the Forex Rates – Premium Version, additional technical analysis is performed by OpenAI’s GPT-4 model (this operation takes about 25 seconds for results to load, once the chart loads, as can be seen in the above video). If you have a ChatGPT Plus subscription, you can access the Forex Rates GPTs from the GPT Store, to unlock the experience more fully, whether you use the free or premium GPTs.
Tip: It’s worth noting that as soon as you load a new chart, the ForexGPT proprietary Sentiment Indicator score with be overlaid on the chart, along with other chart indicators, after you click “open new chart.”
What kind of data does Forex-GPT.ai collect?
Forex-GPT.ai collects personal information such as name and email address for account creation, management, and communication. The platform may also gather data on usage patterns to maintain and improve its services, as detailed in its Privacy Policy.
Is my data secure with Forex-GPT.ai?
Forex-GPT.ai employs security measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access and misuse. These measures are outlined in the platform’s Privacy Policy, and users can opt out at any time. We do not store any password data as our server authentication incorporates the OAuth 2.0 protocol, which uses tokens to verify your credentials, and all client data is encrypted on our Redis and Railway servers. You can login with Google, Twitter, Github, or a verifiable email address and password of your choosing (there are minimum security requirements enforced when you choose a password when signing up), and all pages enforce a security socket layer (SSL) using HTTPS.

The Terms & Conditions page provides the legal framework for using Forex-GPT.ai, including user responsibilities, intellectual property rights, and disclaimers regarding the accuracy of information and the inherent risks of trading securities, including forex and CFDs and other derivatives, including cryptocurrencies.
How can I access my Forex-GPT.ai account?
You can manage your subscription via Stripe our Payments provider on our dedicated Stripe Portal. If you are already a Premium subscriber, you can login herer to the client dashboard. If you have subscribed to the free version, no login is required for our free server. The account dashboard is where users can switch between the charts or the custom GPTs.
What is the refund policy for Forex-GPT.ai?
The Refund Policy page details the conditions under which refunds may be issued, including service non-delivery or significant discrepancies between advertised and delivered services. For example, If your experience was less than expected and you are not satisfied with the Forex Rates premium version, you may request a one-time refund of your latest payment.
How can I manage my subscription plans?
Subscription plans can be managed through the Plans page, where users can select, upgrade, or cancel their subscriptions. Changes can be made through the Stripe client portal.
